Revision and Refund Policy

Kindly go through the policy for revision and refund carefully as it complements terms of use policy which are to be considered as a legally binding agreement between the platform i.e. Yourwritinghelp.com and you (the client).

  1. If you decide to cancel your order prior to expert writer’s commencement on your work, 25% cancellation charge shall be levied upon the total amount that is agreed between both parties. However, if the expert writer has already started working on your order, you are provided with a choice of either allowing work continuation or allowing the expert to deduct an amount equivalent to work done along with 25% as cancellation charge. Expert working on your assignment should be compensated for the work completed. Orders having 24 hours’ deadline, or those orders having 24 hours remaining for submission, shall not be allowed to refund or cancel in any circumstances.
  2. Do not hesitate to contact us if you believe you were charged twice and have received two payment receipts from (PayPal.com or other payment methods). Use our email or live chat option to forward us both receipts and you will be provided with an option to either include it as your wallet balance or get it refunded within 7-10 business days.
  3. We will do your next assignment free of cost if we are unable to assign you an expert for your order. However, this is a rarity as we aim to ensure that all orders are immediately assigned to appropriate expert writers.
  4. Please ensure that you provide complete information, brief and material while placing the order. Order delivery can be delayed in some instances where, there is a delay from client or there is lack of information provided. However, our experts aim to ensure on-time delivery and work upon your order with full commitment. No changes will be entertained, if there is no response to the query in 24 hours and the order is completed by the expert writer. If the query is responded within or after 24 hours, deadline could be extended as per expert’s availability. Clause number 1 must be referred to for request of stopping the work.
  5. We work on 100% customer satisfaction, hence, revision requests will be entertained based on initially provided instructions and guidelines. Revision or refund requests will not be catered post stated time frame as agreed within payment plan. Refund will not be processed in such cases and time frame is calculated from the first submission date.
  6. Although, it will never happen that you receive a fail grade for your assignment, however, if it happens, we will refund 50% in client’s wallet. Maximum duration for claiming a refund is 60 days from first complete submission. Requests made after this period will not be entertained. We refund 50% amount because our experts are paid in advance and we cannot take back the payment. However, in order to ensure quality of work in future, we will perform strict action against the expert and this might lead to his/her service termination. Refund is not applicable for claims where grades obtained are above 49.99%, or student has not received failed grade even though marks are lesser than 50%.
  7. In this service, there is no policy for cash refund (except for clause number 2), so if you have a genuine claim (as per above points), then we add credit to your wallet.
  8. Refund is not allowed after using the services for plagiarism report, pre-used assignment solutions and resume.

Note: If your claim fails to qualify under the above mentioned categories, then it will be considered invalid and there will not be any refund.
